This is a non-union positionWe have an opportunity for an innovative, quick learner who has experience in Power Platform to join our fast-moving, award winning, niche team!
In this role, you will primarily be responsible for driving the adoption and implementation of Power Platform technologies, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents / co-pilot studio. What You Will Do:
Provide Technical Expertise & Development in areas focusing on the design, development and implementation of Power Platform solutions.
Define and enforce development best practices and governance model
Be a technical expert passionate about innovation, best practices, and continuous improvement, responsible for crucial communications and gaining enterprise-wide partner consensus.
Define and implement development standard processes and standards.
Project Management and Delivery of multiple projects ensuring timely delivery.
Conduct training sessions and workshops.
Stay updated with latest power platform features.
Who You Are:
University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, OR a two-year technical diploma. For candidates who do not possess a university degree, an additional 3-years of related experience is required; For candidates who do not possess a technical diploma, an additional 2-years of related experience is required.
Six or more years of directly related experience in Power Platforms.
Proven ability in challenging project work and experience in guiding technical teams.
Ability to foster a culture of learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
A problem solver with a positive demeanor and good interpersonal skills to be able to connect with senior leaders, internal groups, and external partners.
Working Conditions:
Office environment.
Approximately 5% of travel required. Valid passport required.

Physical Requirements: Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
Mental Requirements (Both Field & Office) include but are not limited to: Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone
