In this role, you will be responsible to mature the organization in the areas of Work Management Performance Measurement and Analytics to create value for our organization. As a specialized subject matter authority, you will own the development of a performance measurement framework to accurately gauge Work Management effectiveness across the organization.

What you will do:Identify industry specific measures and performance benchmarks to compare to. Conduct formal performance assessments.
Facilitate results-based measurement workshops and develop short and long-term performance measurement plans.
Conduct independent research and consult with industry peers to identify leading measurement practices.
Perform in-depth analysis with a focus on identifying and quantifying factors impacting work management performance.
Establish and oversee scorecards and performance dashboards that are intended to drive work management performance improvement.
Collaborate with a network of Asset & Work Management knowledge experts and leaders across Enbridge.
Own the development of monthly reports which provide transparency to performance trends and actions needed to achieve performance targets.
Prioritize own work in ways that are aligned with strategic business objectives.
Related university degree with minimum of 10 years of solid experience OR equivalent combination of formal education, certification, and experience.
In-depth experience with process analysis/design/documentation.
Excellent communication, presentation, analytical skills.
Strong report development and data modeling skills.
In-depth knowledge of Performance Measurement best practices and approaches.
Experience with and/or certified in Business Analysis.
Knowledge of the end-to-end Work Management business processes and systems
Understanding of system workflows and data impacts.
In-depth knowledge of Enbridge specific Business Processes
Awareness of Industry specific bodies of knowledge for performance benchmarking
Project Management experience.
Ability to travel with valid passport.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
