Working with the Manager ERP Functional Testing and Process Owners for the ERP Finance, Asset and Work Management, and Supply Chain Management workstreams, the Specialist I ERP Functional Testing will be responsible for leading workstream testing and coordinating end to end process validations for the US Utility Integration ERP implementations.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead the development, review and maintenance of workstream and cross-functional test scripts.

  • Contribute to the development of the ERP test plan, coordinate test execution and documentation of issues.

  • Apply testing methodologies, principles and processes to manage and assess the testing process including execution and issue resolution.

  • Support workstream execution efforts by assigning tests, setting priorities, monitoring progress and adjusting as required to meet testing timelines.

  • Provide business context for status updates to leadership based on daily progress.

  • Identify risks to the test plan and work with the workstream leads to mitigate.

  • Compile workstream input to inform scope for Regression, Automation and User Acceptance Testing Strategy.

  • Participate in Defect Triage meetings, assist with prioritization for issue resolution and identifying business impacts.

  • Utilize Test Plan, RICEW list and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure traceability for all testing activities.

Who You Are:

  • You possess a related university degree and/or professional designation. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

  • Fully qualified level role typically with seven or more years of directly related experience

  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills with a demonstrated ability to make decisions and deliver results according to project timelines

  • Ability to work with Business Teams, Information Technology Teams, and Functional Design Documentation to understand testing requirements

  • Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Project Functional and/or Technical design (Oracle and Maximo) preferred

  • Experience with Enbridge Testing Tools HP ALM and JIRA preferred

  • Business experience related to Finance, Asset and Work Management, and Supply Chain Management preferred
