Your challenges as an Administrative and Customer Service Assistant

  • You are responsible for greeting customers in a courteous and professional manner, assisting them in-store, and answering product or project-related questions.
  • You succeed in managing invoicing, processing returns, handling payments, and following up on customer accounts.
  • You work with your direct supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of the store and take over coordination during their absence.
  • Your expertise has enabled you to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, streamline daily operations, and handle multiple administrative tasks with precision.

Your profile as an Administrative and Customer Service Assistant

• You have a high school diploma (DES) and/or a DEP in administration
• You have 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role

• You are experienced in customer service and retail operations
• You are familiar with the maple syrup industry (a strong asset)
• You have used ERP systems (Syspro is an asset)
• You are fluent in spoken and written French
• You have functional English
• You are comfortable with the Office suite

The responsibilities that drive you Customer service and sales support


• Greet and advise customers in-store
• Handle invoicing, returns, and cash register closures
• Respond to customer emails and phone inquiries

Order and inventory coordination


• Manage incoming orders from representatives and customers
• Perform follow-ups to ensure timely processing

Store administration

• Assist with daily administrative operations
• Coordinate store activities in the absence of the manager

Internal collaboration

• Work with administrative, sales, and technical teams
• Maintain strong communication with external customers and representatives
