I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent on Montreal's South Shore. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates in your world. I'm looking for an Assistant Financial Director for my client, a public company. This is a permanent hybrid position in Contrecoeur.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Working closely with the Finance and Administration departments, the successful candidate will
finance team under his/her responsibility on a day-to-day basis. He/she will also support
and advise his/her superior. Finally, he/she will be responsible for
procurement in collaboration with all City departments.
Treasury:
- Coordinate, support, supervise and review the work of the staff under her responsibility, i.e.
accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll;
- Assists the Finance and Administrative Services Department with year-end and annual budgets
annual operating and capital budgets;
- Prepare, update and ensure the application of various regulations, policies and resolutions;
- Prepare various financial reports and summaries;
- Support the various departments in their financial matters.
