Aujourd'hui, je recrute pour un de mes beaux clients situé à l'est de Montréal, un Développeur sénior BI avec minimum 5 ans d'expérience. Le poste est temporaire (mandat de 2 mois) pour commencer ASAP en remplacement de l'employé qui quitte. Possibilité de temp-to-perm si le candidat est intéressé., majoritairement sur site et avec de beaux avantages sociaux.
What You Will Do
* You will analyse business requirements, design data models, create reports, analysis and dashboards using Power BI and Vena.
* You will participate in building data pipelines and extract, transform, and load (ETL using Talend) processes to integrate data from various source into Snowflakes and then Power BI or Vena.
* You will develop and maintain documentation for data models, reports, and dashboards.
* You will also stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in data technologies and other business intelligence tools.
* You will work with the team to continuously improve best practices and enhance the BI processes.

What You've Done and Have
* 5 years + experience as a Power BI developer or equivalent role.
* Experience with data modeling and visualization using Power BI and Vena (an asset).
* Experience with Snowflakes (an asset) and ETL tools such as Talend.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python (an asset) and other languages.
* Experience in designing reports, dashboards, working with KPIs.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, or any other related field.
* Good communication skills, both verbal and written, problem solving and analytical skills.
* Strong work ethic that is able to work independently but also works well in team environment.
* Results driven with an ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
* Highly developed critical thinking skills, approachable, strong customer service focus.
