Today, I'm recruiting for an IT Director - Finance and Sales for one of my wonderful clients located in Saint-Hubert. The position is permanent, hybrid, and offers great benefits.
- Define and implement IT strategies aligned with the Finance and Sales department objectives, leveraging SAP FICO and SD, as well as EDI and pricing management functionalities to optimize processes and increase efficiency.
- Lead a team of SAP experts specialized in FICO and SD, establishing a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous development.
- Oversee the configuration, adaptation, and maintenance of SAP modules, ensuring their performance and alignment with business needs, particularly in EDI transaction management and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with the Finance, Sales, and Sales teams to understand business challenges and design tailored SAP solutions, ensuring seamless integration between different functions.
- Manage large-scale SAP projects (deployments, upgrades, optimizations) while respecting deadlines, budgets, and strategic business requirements. - Optimize the integration of SAP FICO and SD with other modules (MM, PP, HR), ensuring seamless cross-system processes, particularly for EDI and pricing management.
- Design and implement advanced EDI solutions to facilitate efficient and secure communication with business partners.
- Structure and optimize pricing processes in SAP SD (price modeling, condition types, analytical reporting).
- Ensure compliance of SAP solutions with internal governance requirements and external regulations (SOX, IFRS, etc.).
- Identify and integrate technological innovations to improve business processes and SAP system capabilities, adopting industry best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Finance certification (CPA, CFA, or CMA) is an asset.
- Master's degree or relevant certifications (SAP FICO, SAP SD) are highly desirable.
- 8 to 10 years of experience managing SAP FICO and SD modules, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience delivering business transformation projects using SAP.
- Expertise in SAP implementation, configuration, and customization in Finance and Sales, including pricing processes and EDI integration.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading large-scale SAP projects.
- Proficiency in SAP FICO and SD modules, including configuration and troubleshooting.
- Solid knowledge of EDI processes and their integration (customer/vendor transactions). - Expertise in SD pricing procedures (condition types, pricing tables, analyses).
- Leadership, project management, and change management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic ability to solve problems and generate business value.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements applicable to SAP solutions.
