Your position
I am currently recruiting for one of my clients, a pharmaceutical company located in Montreal, a Manufacturing Engineer -- Permanent position 40h/week - face-to-face.
Reporting to the Industrial Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks :
- Analyze production flows, identify cycle and product improvements
- Work on assembly operations and cycle balancing according to production targets and identified problems.
- Implement and manage continuous improvement projects (Lean SixSigma) and document processes
- Ensure compliance with OHS and quality standards, and train employees in continuous improvement practices
- Collaborate with various departments to coordinate projects and meet KPIs (production, engineering, purchasing, etc.)

Your profile
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar position
- Bilingual French - English
- Bachelor's degree - ING or CPI
- Mastery of the principles of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement
- Knowledge of ERP
- Salary: 80k$-120k$ according to experience
- Face-to-face position on day shift, full insurance, company RRSP, 3 weeks' vacation minimum
