I am currently recruiting for one of my clients, a manufacturing company specializing in the aerospace sector, for a Production Supervisor - Evening Shift.
📍 Location: Laval
⏳ Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM (10h/day)
💰 Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annual gross
🎯 Status: Permanent, full-time

Your Role
Reporting to the Production Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Supervising and coordinating evening shift production activities to optimize productivity and product quality.
* Leading, motivating, and developing a production team while maintaining a positive and safe work environment.
* Ensuring compliance with manufacturing procedures, quality standards, and health & safety regulations.
* Collaborating with other departments (engineering, quality, maintenance) to improve processes and solve technical issues.
* Managing production priorities and adjusting resources to meet goals and deadlines.
* Actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives and proposing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
* Monitoring performance indicators and preparing production reports.

Your Profile
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in aerospace or a related industry
* Education: DEC minimum in Quality, Metallurgy, or a relevant field
* Languages : French
* Proficiency with production management software and tools
