About the Role

Are you passionate about sustainability, social impact, and inclusive workplaces? We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented ESG Support Associate or Intern for a 6 month contract to support our Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) initiatives, Supplier Diversity programs, and HR operations. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of corporate responsibility and human resources. Whether you're a recent graduate or early-career professional, you'll play a meaningful role in driving purpose-driven programs while developing valuable skills.

 

What will I do?

  • ESG Administration
  • Support the tracking and reporting of ESG metrics and KPIs.
  • Assist in compiling data for sustainability reporting and internal dashboards.
  • Conduct research on industry best practices and ESG trends.
  • Research potential diverse suppliers 
  • Help maintain and update the supplier diversity database.
  • Support outreach and engagement with diverse suppliers.
  • Assist in preparing communications and reports for internal stakeholders.
  • General HR Administrative Support
  • Provide day-to-day support for HR processes, such as document management, scheduling, and onboarding tasks.
  • Assist with internal communications, employee surveys, or event logistics.


What qualifications do I need?

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel/PowerPoint);  reporting tools is a plus.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Sustainability, Business, or related field.

 

**We are open to New Grads OR Undergrad or Masters students looking to be placed into a Co-op/Intern role**
