Lead Java Developer

We are Canada's largest independent information technology services firm, and after 45 years, we're still growing! Join us as a "Lead Java Developer" in our Banking Services Division in Toronto.

We provide a full spectrum of managed services from IT and business process outsourcing to systems integration and consulting that are transforming our clients’ operations and helping them to succeed.

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at Toronto Downtown for minimum 2-3 days per week - subject to change at any time.

• Good Expertise in Java with knowledge of versions 8, 11 and 17
• Data collections usage and working knowledge for Multithreading in applications.
• API Development with usage of Springboot and Spring concepts
• Design Patterns, Aspect Oriented Programming, SQL knowledge are an advantage.
• Overall Experience required >10 years, with >3-years' experience leading a team of 5 or more people.
• SDLC knowledge for each phase with knowledge of Project deliverables and processes.
• Project planning experience, Timeline and Budget/cost estimations including resource planning.
• Excellent Communication skills are a must.
