SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant

An SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in payroll is responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly focusing on payroll functionalities. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translating them into effective SAP solutions.

Must have skills:
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll & Employee Central Certification (Mandatory)
• Minimum of two (2) end-to-end implementations of Canadian payroll on the SAP SuccessFactors platform.
• At least five (5) years of hands-on experience in Canadian payroll business processes, ensuring compliance with local payroll regulations and best practices.
• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) is preferred to support seamless payroll integration and business process alignment.
• Ability to independently configure, customize and implement new payroll modules/functionality as required
• Produce solution design, documentation, and successful delivery of Employee Central Payroll
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in integrations with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, including but not limited to: Time Tracking integration Legacy system integrations
