Description

- Performs various tasks related to the proper functioning of the telecom network.
- Answers the phone for problems/incidents related to the network infrastructure;
- Processes tickets and alerts from the ticketing system.
- Checks the materials, tools, and equipment required for the intervention;
- Travels to various Client' sites to meet needs with the necessary equipment;
- Installs telecom equipment according to standard procedures (Wi-Fi antennas, Sierra modems, switches, UPS, etc.);
- Configures and tests equipment before validating with the client;
- Diagnoses faults remotely or on-site;
- Documents interventions in the ticketing system;
- Resolves level 2 and 3 problems;
- Improves alerts so that the service moves to a proactive mode;
- Analyzes network performance;
- Makes cabling requests;
- Support and monitor external firms during telecom service interventions;
- Regularly update the CMDB before and after the intervention;
- Report any specific requests to the coordinator;
- Have 10 years of experience in network problem solving;
- Have worked in a Level 2 and 3 service center
- Have experience working with Cisco and ExtremeNetworks switches
- Proficient in the environment, ExtremeNetworks (Avaya), SPB, TCIP protocol, MLT, Sniffer diagnostic tool, SNMP for monitoring
- Good communicator;
- Good customer approach;
- Highly autonomous;
