Job Description: Under the guidance of the Representative Workforce Manager and Specialists, the Representative Workforce Associate is accountable to support the Representative Workforce Strategic Action Plan to build a workforce that represents the community we serve, in order to provide quality client - centred experiences to patients, clients, residents and families within the Saskatchewan Health Authority. The incumbent assists with programs and initiatives which include: recruitment & retention, education & training, cultural competence and partnership activities with internal and external stakeholders and other duties assigned by the Manager, Representative Workforce.

Experience

  • Experience working with First Nations and Metis communities and organizations

Education

  • A Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management 
  • Business Administration diploma (DBA)

Other Education and Training

  • Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
  • Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
