Job Description: The Finance Manager will lead financial strategies in the AIMS project while also managing a team of professionals. They will enhance financial data management, investment strategies, and support Budgeting and Financial Reporting processes. Their role includes crafting actionable plans informed by financial processes and market dynamics, as well as providing guidance and support for their team's professional development. By facilitating financial change implementation and effective team management, the Finance Manager will contribute to seamless financial operations and support the Finance department in achieving their strategic objectives.

Education
- Accounting designation (CA, CPA)
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Finance diploma
- Bachelor of Commerce (BComm)
- Business Administration diploma (DBA)
- Bachelor of Finance (BF)
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
