L.T. Westlake Fine Arts Elementary School is an Early Learning to Grade 5 school of 75 students with a staff of 13. L.T. Westlake is committed to providing its students with quality fine arts opportunities and ensuring they receive quality literacy and numeracy instruction.
L.T. Westlake Fine Arts Elementary School is looking for a dynamic individual who is focused on building strong relationships to join our team to teach Grade 3 LA, Grade 5 Math, Grade ? Science, Social, Art, PE and Wellness.
The ideal candidate will:
-Be willing to collaborate with other staff members
-Focused on having an inclusive classroom
-Strong classroom management skills
-Be an excellent planner, with a solid understanding of curriculum and assessment strategies
-Create creative and engaging lessons -Have a literacy or numeracy background
-Having a fine arts strength would be ideal but is not required.
