POSITION: Integration Lead, Huron Perth & Area Ontario Health Team
Temporary Full-Time
REPORTS TO: Director, Huron Perth & Area Ontario Health Team
DATE REQUIRED: As soon as possible
JOB SUMMARY:
The Integration Lead will play a pivotal role in advancing the integration of healthcare services within the Huron Perth and Area Ontario Health Team (OHT). This position involves collaborating with various healthcare providers and community support services to ensure a coordinated and patient-centered healthcare system. The Integration Lead will support the development and implementation of integrated healthcare programs and services, focusing on continuous improvement, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement.
The Project Integration Specialist is comfortable navigating ambiguity and creating the structure
necessary for successful planning and implementation during a time of significant system change and is
an excellent communicator.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Masters and/or University degree in public, business, or healthcare administration
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Abilities:
• Strong understanding of Huron Perth and Area communities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and demanding timelines under pressure.
• Extensive knowledge of provincial healthcare structures, processes, funding mechanisms, and current priorities.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders and communities.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and organizational skills for managing large, complex teams.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools for planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to work independently, in a team, and from a home office setting.
