What you'll need to have
•University degree in Economics, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management, or relevant experience with proven performance in logistics, commercial, or supply chain management.
•2-4 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in distribution, retail, logistics, or a similar field, with a proven track record of successful strategic leadership that delivers both business results and people development.
•Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and engage others in a dynamic environment, maintaining a commercial focus while balancing efficiency and profitability.
A day in your life with us
•Execute commercial activation, range changes, and operational forecasting within the unit.
•Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of the Unit Fulfilment Solution, ensuring site-specific needs are met.
•Monitor and ensure accurate range management and stock accuracy within the unit.
