Our client is looking for a strategic Sales Manager to lead their Personal Lines Insurance Sales Team and drive outstanding results. This role is perfect for a leader who excels at fostering discipline, accountability, and performance while building a high-energy, self-motivated team. You will be responsible for creating optimized workflows, implementing digital tools, and designing ongoing training programs to continually enhance team performance and revenue growth.

  • Base salary between $120,000 - $150,000 depending on relevant experience (negotiable) + annual target bonus

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team that exceeds targets and fosters accountability.
  • Assess and coach individual and team performance.
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows, automation tools, and a strategy to optimize sales processes and client service.
  • Develop and execute sales training, focusing on key skills such as objection handling, cross-selling, and closing deals.
  • Optimize technology, including EPIC Applied Systems and AI-driven tools, to streamline operations and enhance customer engagement.

Qualifications

  • Must have valid RIBO
  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Personal Lines Insurance, 5 years in leadership
  • Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products, policies, and regulations, and are always looking for creative and innovative solutions
  • Expertise in optimizing workflows and processes, with a focus on sales automation
  • Extensive experience in sales coaching, managing KPIs, and making data-driven decisions using EPIC
