Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented graduate-level co-op intern, ideally pursuing an MBA, to join our Aesthetics and Reconstruction Surgery team. This 3-month internship will provide the opportunity to work on impactful projects that directly contribute to our mission of advancing patient care and optimizing business processes. The role is ideal for someone with strong research and analytical skills, a keen interest in marketing, and a desire to develop innovative solutions for the medical device industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Procedural Optimization:

Design and develop automated or semi-automated tools and frameworks to streamline internal processes.

Focus on reducing manual work in key areas such as:

Approval procedures.

Sales force and sales field requests.

Marketing asset library and records management.

Ensure tools align with business objectives and support operational efficiency within the Aesthetics and Reconstruction Business Unit (a.k.a. Mentor).

Rewards Program Development:

Assist in mapping and defining the framework for a loyalty program for Mentor customers.

Conduct market research and develop methodologies for effective customer segmentation.

Define customer segments and assign tailored commercial and marketing benefits to each.

Outline price levels and determine corresponding benefits for each segment.

Support the initial implementation of the program.

Collaboration and Reporting:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations.

Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to track project progress and results.

Present findings and recommendations to leadership.


Qualifications

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a graduate degree, ideally an MBA.

Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with advanced skills in tools such as SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Query being a strong asset.

Previous experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is a plus but not mandatory.

A career focus on marketing or previous experience in sales is considered an asset.

Strong research and data analysis skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
