Description
At KPMG, you’ll join a team of diverse and dedicated problem solvers, connected by a common cause: turning insight into opportunity for clients and communities around the world.
This role supports the development and deployment of KPMG Velocity training courses globally. In collaboration with the Learning Lead and Global L&D, this role is responsible for building, deploying and refreshing courses based on priorities identified by leadership.
What you will do
- Leads projects and collaborates with Global L&D Instructional Designers and external training agencies to design, build and maintain training courses
- Elicits views and synthesizes information to gain a strong understanding of learner needs. Manages the smooth and timely development, deployment, release, and communication of training courses
- Becomes the Subject Matter Expert in the course topic and chases down content from Product Owners to build effective course materials
- Reviews course materials with a keen eye for detail and strong understanding of the topic and terminology
- Works with Global L&D to offer digital badging for practitioners. Maintains the learning pathways on SharePoint and Degreed
- Implements review cycles to ensure training materials are refreshed and released on a periodic schedule. Builds a strategic perspective on how to improve the learning material and the learning development process
What you bring to the role
- Minimum 5 years of Management Consulting experience
- Understanding of at least one KPMG global transformation solution (Connected, Powered, Trusted) and understanding of the skills required to deliver on transformation engagements. Ability to convert diverse sources of information into a single story and structure to develop into learning material
- Strong writing and editing skills. Willingness to travel in the US and internationally if required
- Willingness to work in a highly demanding and results-oriented team environment where priorities can change frequently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
