Cambridge Street School is a warm and nurturing community school that promotes the academic, physical, social, and emotional development of all students. Eligibility List

All Occasional Teachers are eligible to apply for Long Term Occasional postings for which they are qualified.

If you are fully external to the OCDSB, you may apply to this posting if you have the required qualifications. Please be advised that our order of consideration for Elementary LTO's is as follows: 1) current elementary occasional teacher applicants, followed by 2) qualified external applicants.

Qualifications

Required OCT Divisional Qualifications: Primary, Junior

Required OCT Additional Qualifications: * Spec Ed Part 2

Additional Requirements (experience, knowledge, education,) considered an asset for the Position:

* ESL qualification would be considered an asset.

* Previous experience working with students from a variety of socioeconomic status, considered an asset.

Additional Information:

Hours: 9:05am - 12:10pm

A minimum of 3 qualified applicants will be offered an interview, including:

1. At least three (3) teachers, who are currently employed as an occasional teacher with the OCDSB, and who have the required OCT qualifications and who best meet the criteria outlined in the job posting.

2. If fewer than three (3) qualified applicants apply, all qualified applicants will be interviewed.
