Primary Responsibilities: Learn to handle optics, read blueprints, and use measuring equipment Assemble products according to provided specifications Utilize calibrated equipment as part of the manufacturing process Follow work flow instructions from Supervision/Group Leads Use good visual acuity to identify imperfections in parts or assemblies Follow all safety protocols and procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Perform basic data entry and computer work Share in the commitment towards a positive workplace culture Qualifications & Experience: Completion of Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent Previous manufacturing experience preferred Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and work shiftwork Good verbal and written communications skills Basic computer skills and comfort with technology Ability to understand technical problems and make sound decisions Familiarity with the metric system Motivated with a demonstrated positive attitude Raytheon ELCAN offers a competitive compensation package that includes incentive program, benefits, and pension plan.
