Description
Our ideal candidate profile is someone working at a major bank or an insurance company as a licensed Life Insurance Agent. This is an amazing opportunity for somebody with passion for sales, who is driven to become a successful Life Insurance Agent connecting with motivated buyers. This incumbent will be focused on life insurance leads provided by Ratehub, act as a Compliance Officer and a Broker of Record for the Quebec division.

- Bilingual - French/English
- LLQP Quebec license 5+ years
- 5 + years of life insurance sales
- High quality leads are provided daily
- This is a fully remote role
- Administrative support is provided
- Competitive compensation structure - 100% commission
- On-target earnings of up to $150,000
- Regular business hours
- Converting online leads into closed insurance policies
- Engaging with clients to determine their needs and provide expert advice to ensure the best coverage for them
- Building rapport with new clients and strengthen existing relationships to establish a thriving trust-based client network
- Providing excellent customer experience to our clients
- Exhibiting a continued focus on service excellence
- Staying current with the latest industry knowledge, competition, and market trends
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- Strong sales background with a drive to attract new clients and close sales
- Minimum 5 years of life insurance sales experience demonstrating a proven track record of success
- Quebec LLQP license in good standing
- Proficient in using sales tools and software
- Ability to multitask and pay strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills, allowing you to prioritize tasks effectively and achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Ability to develop and build client relationships
Commissions
100% commission with target earnings 80k-150k+
