ABOUT THE TEAM:

We offer the possibility for you to be a key player within our highly motivated Program and Release Management Office by translating SAP product compliance and legal requirements into tangible best practices for product teams in Customer Experience, while supporting and consulting stakeholders along the value chain.

Our highly committed and quality-focused team is responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle: initiate, plan, monitor, control and close.

What you'll do


The role of the Release and Program Manager is to support various programs within Customer Experience and Consumer Industries.

Responsibilities

  • Defining priorities aligned with the strategic vision of the product.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end program, release, delivery management of the product.
  • Ensure that the product backlogs can be delivered with the given teams as per the release schedule.
  • Capture project/program metrics and ensure they are clearly communicated to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Ensure program coordination, planning and management.
  • Coordinate across internal teams and enable smooth execution of initiatives. Apply lesson learnt and best practises.
  • Accountable for driving the Quality initiatives of the program deliverables together with the QPA.
  • Support the product standard implementation within the products and ensure compliance with the Corporate and TopX requirements.
  • Share knowledge and best practises followed within the programs.
  • Mentor and coach other junior program managers.
  • Interact primarily with central Security Validation, Product Support, Cloud Operations, GTM teams and ensure release compliance.

  • Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge effectively.
  • Track program status through use of internal and external tracking tools and assist in program status reporting.
  • Assist in developing process and templates as per program needs.
  • Responsible for maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
  • Project management experience preferred.

What you bring

  • This is a senior level position that requires up to 12 years of relevant work experience in a corporate environment.
  • Prefer prior experience involving program, project, delivery, release management.
  • Graduate of an accredited university with a Bachelor or Masters Degree in: Business Administration with an emphasis on Project Management, Operations or relevant degree.
  • Must be able to work as a team player, but with the ability to work independently.
  • Analytical and detail oriented.
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written presentation and listening.
  • Proven experience in program management, project management, delivery management or similar.
  • Manage and oversee critical initiatives, strategic goals and on-time delivery.
  • Wide experience in prioritizing development efforts with Product Management, Engineering and UX.
  • Rich experience and strong expertise in initiating, engaging with, and managing cross area initiatives involving senior stakeholders and executive communications.
  • Stakeholder Management.
  • Excellent communication skills to communicate project status and project risks.
  • Well versed with SAP program management tools like Sirius, PPMS, Jira, ECCN, etc..
  • Excellent team player with cross-cultural awareness and networker, able to connect and integrate people with all types of different skills, backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing issues, scope and quality while bringing programs and projects to successful completion within cost and time requirements.
  • Desire and ability to lead without authority across various organizations, regions/countries, cultures.
  • Structured problem-solving and analytical skills

The targeted combined range for this position is 170200 - 381200(CAD) CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
