Salish Secondary is located in the Cloverdale/Clayton area of Surrey with a population of 1500 students in grades 8-12. There are a variety of programs including a French Immersion Program. Salish is a modern new facility designed with what we know about student learning. The school includes digital and traditional art studios, fully-equipped theatre, music room, dance studio, two gyms, fitness lab, nutrition and lifestyle rooms, learning commons, makerspaces, full technology education facilities (metalwork, woodwork, design and drafting/engineering, robotics, and electronics). Teaching spaces are designed to facilitate competency based and integrated learning in a collaborative and team teaching approach. Space is designed to promote teacher and student collaboration. We are on an extended day schedule.
Salish Secondary School currently has a vacancy for a 1.0 FTE Teacher: FSL and LST.

Salary range is $59,711 to $109,520, with placement on the range based on length of service, FTE and qualifications in accordance with the Collective Agreement.
