Description
Our client is Canada's largest retailer. They are looking for a Business Analyst to support Business Process Optimization for the Customer Data Platform across various LOBs.
Location: 2 days/week onsite - Toronto
Duration: 6 Months
Responsibilities:
- Support the interaction between the Customer Data Platform (CDP) and the business. Gather, document, and track data requirements across various Lines of Business (LOBs).
- Collaborate with Digital Partners and Loyalty Initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Assist with the Email Migration Project to ensure successful transition and integration.
- Design and implement Systems Thinking approaches to business process optimization.
- Document and improve business processes for better efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create Business Requirements Documents (BRD), System Requirements Documents (SRD), and manage sprints.
- Utilize Jira boards to track and prioritize tasks, ensuring project milestones are met on time.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
- Continuously monitor and track LOB requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Must Have Skills:
- 5+ Years as a Business Analyst, supporting Business Process Optimization for Data-Driven and/or Digital projects.
- Professional Services background (Deloitte, Accenture, etc.)
- Systems Thinking
- Jira
Nice to Haves:
- Loyalty Experience
- Customer Data Platforms (CDP) Knowledge
