Our client is Canada's largest retailer. They are looking for a Business Analyst to support Business Process Optimization for the Customer Data Platform across various LOBs.

Location: 2 days/week onsite - Toronto

Duration: 6 Months

Responsibilities:

  • Support the interaction between the Customer Data Platform (CDP) and the business. Gather, document, and track data requirements across various Lines of Business (LOBs).
  • Collaborate with Digital Partners and Loyalty Initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Assist with the Email Migration Project to ensure successful transition and integration.
  • Design and implement Systems Thinking approaches to business process optimization.
  • Document and improve business processes for better efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Create Business Requirements Documents (BRD), System Requirements Documents (SRD), and manage sprints.
  • Utilize Jira boards to track and prioritize tasks, ensuring project milestones are met on time.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
  • Continuously monitor and track LOB requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

Must Have Skills:

  • 5+ Years as a Business Analyst, supporting Business Process Optimization for Data-Driven and/or Digital projects.
  • Professional Services background (Deloitte, Accenture, etc.)
  • Systems Thinking
  • Jira

Nice to Haves:

  • Loyalty Experience
  • Customer Data Platforms (CDP) Knowledge
