Description
Position Title: Scrum Master - Intermediate
Line of Business: Distribution technology // Formerly frontline technology
Duration: 6 month
Remote/Hybrid: Hybrid - Core day is Wednesday and third Friday of the month.
Office Location: 81 Bay 27th Floor
Responsibilities:
1-4 years experience // key thing, the nuances of salesforce. Scrum masters have knowledge of salesforce. That way to can align the team towards solutions. Very strong nice to have.
Enterprise CRM is made up of Salesforce application in the frontend and Microsoft Azure/ADF application in the backend. ECRM has multiple integrations with existing Banking applications and new integrations that are planned for F24.
Must Have Requirement:
-CSM certification
-SAFe certification
- 1-4 years relevant experience
-Knowledge and working experience with Agile
-Azure Experience
- Microsoft Business Apps
-Confluence/Jira
Nice to Have:
-Sales force knowledge or experience
-customer relationship management experience
