Our national retail client is looking for an Intermediate Change Analyst to manage organizational change for the implementation of a new reporting system - 28941
Location: Mississauga - on site Monday, Wednesday + Thursday
Duration: 6 months
Work hours 37.5 hours a week

Scope: You will be responsible for the leadership and coordination of organizational change initiatives. This is a critical role in the team, supporting the business aspect of a new reporting system solution and acting as an intermediary between the business users and the technology team.
Responsibilities:
- Creating change management strategies to achieve the organizational goals
- Developing and implementing plans to manage change
- Leading, coordinating, and managing change management activities
- Coaching and mentoring staff through the change process
- Monitoring and assessing the impact of change on employees
- Communicating change management plans to teammates and key stakeholders to ensure their understanding and buy-in
- Developing training programs to help employees understand and adapt to change
- Develop deep understanding of existing work-flows for merchandizing teams and proposing best in class ways of working, considering the new reporting system
Must Haves:
- 4-7 years of experience leading change management processes specially in new technology and data management system adoption
- Exp leading organizations on the data driven decision making journey and how new data systems can be adopted across organizations
Nice to Have:
- MBA preferred
