Our manufacturing client is seeking a Intermediate Help Desk Analyst to diagnose and resolve Hardware and Software issues


Candidates must be located in Calgary - Candidates will be in-office 5 days/week


Must haves:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Help Desk or Deskside Support role, offering support over the phone or in-person
  • 2+ years of experience with Windows operating systems and Office 365 Suite (Teams, Outlook, etc.)
  • Experience with Networking principles and devices (switches, routers)



Nice to haves:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • MS Dynamics 365 experience is an asset.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing day-to-day technical support for network devices and desktops/laptops
  • Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions
  • Emulate or reproduce technical problems encountered by users
  • Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • Microsoft 365 Administration
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and other software
