Description
Our manufacturing client is seeking a Intermediate Help Desk Analyst to diagnose and resolve Hardware and Software issues
Candidates must be located in Calgary - Candidates will be in-office 5 days/week
Must haves:
- 2+ years of experience in a Help Desk or Deskside Support role, offering support over the phone or in-person
- 2+ years of experience with Windows operating systems and Office 365 Suite (Teams, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience with Networking principles and devices (switches, routers)
Nice to haves:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- MS Dynamics 365 experience is an asset.
Responsibilities:
- Providing day-to-day technical support for network devices and desktops/laptops
- Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
- Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions
- Emulate or reproduce technical problems encountered by users
- Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
- Microsoft 365 Administration
- Participate in the redesign of applications and other software
