Intermediate Project Coordinator with portfolio management experience to work with one of our major insurance clients- 14628
Location: Toronto
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in-office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Contract Duration: 18 months (no possibility of extension or conversion to FTE)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (37.5 hours/week)
Business Group:
- Department: PMO for group functions
- Key Area: Portfolio management and annual planning
- Skills Needed: Project management, finance, and portfolio management

Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
· Portfolio Management: Keeping portfolios up to date across seven functions
· Reporting: Monthly reporting to support CIO and operational health status
· Soft Skills: High proficiency in Excel, creating pivots, and monthly status reporting
· Support: Ensuring internal delivery processes are followed
Required Technical Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in portfolio management or project coordination
- Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello)
- Data analysis and reporting (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
- Documentation and technical writing
- Risk management and financial management, Scheduling and planning, Quality management and change management
- Workflow automation (Power Automate)
- Collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom)
- Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Cloud platforms and database management (SQL)
- Risk and compliance tools
- ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
