Description
Our client is Canada's largest retailer. They are looking for a Junior Bilingual Analyst to support the release and deployment of Kroll software to pharmacies across Quebec.
Duration: 1 Year to Start
Location: Montreal (3 days/week onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Support Kroll software deployment to pharmacies across Quebec.
- Create and maintain SOPs and training materials for Kroll release support.
- Provide in-person training and troubleshooting for pharmacy staff.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth rollout and resolve issues.
- Travel to pharmacies across Quebec for in-person support as needed.
- Collect feedback and refine the deployment process.
Must-Have Skills:
- Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)
- Based in Quebec with the ability to travel across the province.
- Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or store rollouts preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to create clear training materials.
