Job Description
Candidates who will be successful in this high paced environment need to have the following mindset:
•Look creatively at their day-to-day work to increase workflow efficiency
•Eliminate mundane tasks with risk mitigation in mind
•Create capacity for themselves to take on higher quality of work
•Question operational tasks that do not make sense
•Client centricity in all day-to-day tasks
•Ability to articulate any challenges to business partners and front office
•Understanding of cash breaks and inventory reconciliation
MUST HAVE:
- 1+ Year Experience as a Capital Markets Analyst
- Python or VBA Coding
NICE TO HAVE
- Reconciliation experience
- Accounting background
- Tableau experience
- Banking operations experience
