Duration: 1 year to start, high possibility of ext
Location: Mississauga (9am-4pm, Monday to Friday- onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Setup and repair desktops and laptops
- Install and remove software, hardware (docking stations)
- Troubleshoot desktop hardware and software, printing and networking issues to determine, document, and resolve issues
Must Haves:
- 2+ years of experience working as a Deskside Support/Desktop Technician
- ServiceNow
- Knowledge of Active Directory
