Junior Deskside Support Technician responsible for providing Level 2 support including troubleshooting, installation and resolving issues for a retail clie

Location: Mississauga (9am-4pm, Monday to Friday- onsite)


Responsibilities:

  • Setup and repair desktops and laptops
  • Install and remove software, hardware (docking stations)
  • Troubleshoot desktop hardware and software, printing and networking issues to determine, document, and resolve issues


Must Haves:

  • 2+ years of experience working as a Deskside Support/Desktop Technician
  • ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of Active Directory
