Description
Our Calgary client is looking for a Junior or Intermediate Helpdesk Analyst to support a hardware deployment (laptops, mobile, & monitors) and provide tier 1 user support
Calgary based candidates, 4 days a week onsite, downtown Calgary. **The successful candidate will need to obtain or hold an enhanced reliability clearance (requires 5+ years in Canada)**
Must Have:
- 2+ years Helpdesk experience providing tier 1 support in a Windows environment
- Previous Hardware deployment experience including laptops, mobile devices (iPhone) & monitors
- Experience imaging and wiping computers
- Experience moving and setting up office hardware
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Office 365 (Troubleshooting, deploying, configuring, etc.)
- Experience with SharePoint
- Experience training end-users
- Mobile device deployment
