Our Calgary client is looking for a Junior or Intermediate Helpdesk Analyst to support a hardware deployment (laptops, mobile, & monitors) and provide tier 1 user support

Calgary based candidates, 4 days a week onsite, downtown Calgary. **The successful candidate will need to obtain or hold an enhanced reliability clearance (requires 5+ years in Canada)**


Must Have:

  • 2+ years Helpdesk experience providing tier 1 support in a Windows environment
  • Previous Hardware deployment experience including laptops, mobile devices (iPhone) & monitors
  • Experience imaging and wiping computers
  • Experience moving and setting up office hardware

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Office 365 (Troubleshooting, deploying, configuring, etc.)
  • Experience with SharePoint
  • Experience training end-users
  • Mobile device deployment
