Our client is looking for a Senior Bilingual SuccessFactors Onboarding & Recruiting Lead to spearhead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules


Initial 6-month contract, possible extension. 100% remote (EST)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into system configurations and best practices.
  • Provide expertise on SuccessFactors functionality, integrations, and industry best practices.
  • Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions with stakeholders.
  • Work closely with HR, IT, and Payroll teams to ensure seamless adoption of the system.
  • Support testing, issue resolution, and post-go-live stabilization efforts.
  • Stay updated with SuccessFactors releases and recommend system enhancements.

Must-haves:

  • 7+ years experience in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically with Recruiting (RCM, RMK) and Onboarding (ONB 2.0).
  • Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end implementations.
  • Excellent communication in french and english.


Nice-to-haves:

  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in Recruiting and/or Onboarding
