Our public sector client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support the selection and implementation of a solution to support their data portal.

Our client has a requirement for a Business Analyst with experience in Agile product development to support the selection and implementation of a solution to support their Database Initiative and Updates.

Task; but not limited to:

• Participate in working sessions with the systems analysis team, Project Manager, Technical Authority and other DFO system resources identified during the Business Requirements analysis.
• Identify, propose and develop business analysis artefacts to support program and development efforts
• Identify knowledge gaps and potential user research questions
• Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships to elicit requirements and validate the solution
• Develop meeting agendas and meeting plans to elicit requirements from stakeholders
• Provide bi-weekly status reports to the technical authority
• Develop user stories, acceptance tests, business requirements, and user requirements for Stakeholders
• Work on AGILE SCRUM teams supporting the Product Owner to populate and refine the Product Backlogs

Must Haves:

• Reliability Clearance
• 10 year of Business Analysts experience
• Experience in Data Modeling / Data Mapping
• Agile Experience

Nice To Have:

• Bilingual
• ITIL, Certification of Capability in Business Analysis
