Description
Our client is looking for a Senior Change Management Coordinator to manage change initiatives and support OCM (Organizational Change Management) for a key project.
Location: Oakville
Work mode: Hybrid (remote work and in-office presence required at minimum 2 days/week and up to 3 days/week)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Length of term:12 Months with a high possibility of extension
Work schedule: 40 hours/week
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of experience as a OCM Change Management Coordinator or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Nice to Have:
- Certification in the Prosci change management methodology is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all tasks are tracked and team members are held accountable for their completion.
- Maintain the Change Plan up-to-date and relevant.
- Keep all change management documents organized and easily accessible.
- Participate in regular meetings and ensure all action items are documented.
- Maintain the stakeholder matrix, role mapping sheet and various other lists.
- Maintain OCM & Training dashboard and KPIs as go-live approaches.
- Manage distribution lists for project communications.
- Manage the review process in select deliverables and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and manage all Change Team-related meetings and events.
- Develop and administer surveys and forms for data collection and feedback.
- Help in preparing presentation materials.
