Our Public Sector Client is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to analyze current state data, establishing the benefits measurement approach, developing metrics and KPI targets and implementing new and updated reporting. - 121422

1 year contract, possibilities of extensions. Hybrid in office, 3 days/week in office

Must Have:

• 7+ years of experience as Data Analyst within Public Sector unionized environment supporting Business transformation program
• Experience/Understanding of claims operations
• Design reports and dashboards (PowerBI) to track and monitor metrics and KPIs, as well as the ability to drill down into the component parts and drivers to identify trends, adjustments that are required, etc.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail when analyzing data, preparing reports, and tracking benefit metrics.
• Understand vision and strategy and conduct data analysis and modelling to identify, analyze, and scope potential ideas and opportunities (i.e., changes to future state to achieve outcomes) with business operations
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math)
