Description
• Position title: Senior Data Analytics Consultant
• LOB: Digital Banking
6 months and converting to full time
• Location: 81 Bay Street
Hybrid - 1 day a week in office and 1 Friday a month
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director, Digital Analytics and Integration you will be a key member of the team, leading and delivering Adobe and Google Analytics architecture, design and implementation for Digital Strategy initiatives and Digital Marketing campaigns. You will provide tactical insight, consultation and support to digital programs and initiatives, and drive its implementation and enablement leveraging various tools such as Marketing Pixels, Adobe / Google Analytics Mobile SDKs and Adobe Launch Tag Manager. You will also lead efforts to stay abreast of Digital Analytics best practices and proactively drive the implementation of these best practices, in collaboration with various cross functional teams.
*Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to implement and measure project KPIs using analytics tools and solutions.
*Partner with technology vendors to oversee standards, configurations, and governance of vendor products and The Bank's solutions.
*Conduct weekly assessments of digital alerts and audit metrics to understand performance, continuously seeking to automate and enhance processes and relationships.
*Stay informed on evolving privacy laws to ensure The Bank's compliance and mitigate any potential blind spots.
Must Have Requirements

-Client Journey Personalization
- tactics optimization
- Knowledge of federal and provincial data privacy laws as well as industry best practices
- Strong understanding of customer data and analytics platforms
- Experience with Customer Data Platform (CDP) / Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
- Experience with MarTech product engineering, platform architecture and integration, data development
- Project management experience
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Ability to provide quantitative and qualitative input
Nice to haves
- Degree in business, math, marketing, finance, information management, statistics, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- experience in Data Modeling and statistical methodologies and metrics and their application to business measurement.
- Knowledge of ObservePoint and automated tagging / validation techniques
