Our Public Sector Client is seeking a Senior Drupal Developer (10+ Years) with Drupal WXT expertise to support the migration, deployment, and optimization of their Drupal-based platforms.

The team is responsible for managing the client’s Drupal environment, focusing on upgrading to Drupal WXT, ensuring a smooth migration, and optimizing deployment processes. The Senior Drupal Developer will also lead staff training and knowledge transfer at the project’s conclusion, ensuring continued success beyond implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the migration of the client's current platform from PowerPages to Drupal WXT, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Optimize deployment strategies and implement best practices to enhance platform stability and performance.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive training plan for staff, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and self-sufficiency post-project.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Drupal configurations, modules, and customizations.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Provide clear and actionable technical documentation to support the ongoing maintenance of the platform.
• Offer strategic input on Drupal development and deployment to align with the client’s long-term goals.
• Deliver weekly status updates to project teams and stakeholders, identifying progress and any challenges.

Must Haves:

• 10+ years of experience as a Drupal Developer, including expertise in Drupal WXT.
• Experience in PHP
• Drupal migration, and deployment processes.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience working with the Federal Government or Crown Corporations.
• Experience in creating detailed technical documentation and training materials.
• Bilingual with French and English.
