Description
Our valued Public Sector client is seeking a Senior management consultant to support the adoption on a Dynamics CRM system.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a detailed work plan based on the change agenda and how the various changes will need to be implemented
- Create specific change management plans with respect to training and orientation of employees for each major change/project
- Provide Knowledge Transfer to staff
- Conduct an assessment of change impact and requirements
- Identify deviations in performance from the change standards and implement strategies for corrective action to achieve organizational adoption to change
- Develop change management and communications strategies and plans for each project
- Lead options assessment workshops with the team
- Monitor Development team task list against project schedules and Change Management plans
- Maintain work plan for the team
- Analysis and development of business "critical success factors"
- Lead change impact analysis and change management activities
- Create presentations and present to various stakeholders, and facilitate meetings and discussions
- Developing and implementing change management strategies, plans, framework
- Designing and conducting a change readiness assessment in order to plan and carry out a change management strategy
- Developing performance measurement/evaluation frameworks
- Developing Change Management & Communications Plan including internal emails to be provided prior to testing, training, and releases. External website updates, short videos, etc.
- Create User Feedback Report based on a survey of users (internal and external), report will be provided to Executive Management.
- Create plan for training the project’s business clients. This plan will be used to inform communications and the project schedule
- Meet Business teams to lead IT contributions to change management documents
- Complete a readiness checklist before each implementation
Must Haves:
- 8+ years experience leading Change initiatives
- Active Reliability clearance
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of Change Management strategy and principles;
- Proven ability to assess organization readiness for change, develop appropriate Change Management interventions, and influence the proposed change;
Nice to haves:
- Has a valid change management certification from an organization such as Prosci or APMG.
