Project Description:

The client has decided to replace their current ESP workforce management solutions with the Infor multi-tenant SaaS solution. This project not only replaces two end-of-life time keeping solutions (Kronos), it also introduces positive time capture, automated workflows and automated relief management custom functionality. There will be an estimated total of 45, 000 employees using this solution which drives pay and ensures shift coverage across clinical and non-clinical areas. The project has been in flight since July 2023 and has been experiencing delays. An internal assessment has assessed that these are due to several contributing factors:

- Vendor deliverable delays.

- Multiple health organizations including multiple project managers both with vendor, vendor sub-contractor and health authorities.

- Complex and extensive manual testing.

The Project Director will:

· Collaborate closely with the two internal project managers (VCH and PHC) and the primary vendor PM and vendor leadership.

· Work with VCH and PHC business and executive sponsors to mitigate risks and resolve issues promptly.

· Employ a strong collaborative and creative approach to ensure all parties are aligned and working towards common goals.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.

· Responsible for holding or overseeing vendor accountable to all deliverables according to SOW and master agreement.

· Facilitate effective communication and coordination among all impacted parties.

· Identify and address potential risks and issues proactively.

· Status reporting and governance management.

· Support risk and issue driven decision making collaboratively with the vendor through governance.

· Support the addition of automated testing to mitigate manual testing risks.
