Our public sector client is looking for a Senior SAP Treasury & Multi-Bank Connectivity Functional Consultant to support a large-scale Treasury optimization and bank integration project.

This role will focus on configuring SAP Treasury and Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC) to improve cash management, streamline payment processing, and enable secure integration with multiple banks.

Location: Remote (Canada-based)

Duration: 1 year (with potential extension)

Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP Treasury Management functions including cash and liquidity management, bank communication, and transaction management.
• Set up and maintain bank master data, house banks, and bank account management in SAP.
• Integrate SAP Treasury with FI, CO, and other relevant modules.
• Implement Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC) to enable secure and efficient communication with multiple banking partners.
• Support daily bank statement processing, cash positioning, and cash flow forecasting activities.
• Troubleshoot system issues, provide ongoing support, and implement enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal finance stakeholders and external banking partners to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and deliver custom reports for cash operations, treasury compliance, and audit requirements.

Must Haves:

• 7+ years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant with deep expertise in SAP Treasury Management.
• Hands-on experience implementing or supporting SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity (MBC).
• Strong understanding of bank account management, payment and collection processes, and cash flow forecasting.
• Experience integrating SAP Treasury with FI/CO modules.
• Proven ability to configure and troubleshoot bank communication channels, including bank statement automation and secure messaging (e.g., SWIFT).
