Our client is looking for a Senior Scrum Master/Project Manager with JIRA experience to set up chat bots, run Agile ceremonies and help stand up UiPath for our utilities client

This role requires you to be onsite 3 days/week at Calgary or Edmonton location

Must Haves:

• 10+ years' experience as a Scrum Master/ Project Manager in an Agile environment
• 2+ years' experience leading RPA (UiPath) automation projects
• Must have experience with JIRA

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience working within utilities space

Project Management Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee the successful delivery of RPA projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and scope.

• Manage project financials, including budgeting, accurate forecasting, and tracking actual costs to ensure efficient resource utilization and cost control.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and dashboards for stakeholder visibility.

• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve dependencies, and ensure effective issue escalation and resolution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and organizational priorities.

• Provide regular project updates and status reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

Scrum Master Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Maintain and manage the RPA delivery backlog, ensuring prioritization of high-value automation opportunities.

• Coach and guide teams in Agile principles and practices to foster continuous improvement and high performance.

• Remove impediments and blockers to ensure the RPA development team remains productive.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment with Agile processes and goals.

Business Analyst Responsibilities

• Lead the intake process for RPA initiatives, working with business units to identify, analyze, and document automation opportunities.

• Develop process documentation, user stories, and detailed business and functional requirements for UiPath bot development.

• Conduct process assessments and work with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business needs and RPA best practices.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure successful testing, validation, and deployment of automation solutions.

• Support change management and training efforts to facilitate user adoption of automated solutions.
