Senior Scrum Master to work on an Enterprise Digital Transformation program

S.i. Systems client is looking for a Senior Scrum Master to work on an Enterprise Digital Transformation program

12 month contract to start, hybrid model in Vancouver.

Must Haves:

• 7+ years as a Scrum Master
• Deep understanding and practical application of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and Kanban.
• Experience with implementing and managing scaled Agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum of Scrums, SAFe etc.).
• Release and Deployment Management: Expertise in managing end-to-end deployment processes. Proven track record in planning, coordinating, and executing coordinated releases, ensuring timely delivery and quality..
• Stakeholder Communication: Effective communication with stakeholders to align project goals, manage expectations, and report progress.
• Proficient in using Agile tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello, Confluence or similar, for tracking and managing roadmaps, releases, and team’s work backlogs.
