Description
S.i. System's client is looking for a Senior Software Developer (C++ & Linux) to dive into legacy code and improve it on a collision avoidance software.
Permanent role located in Vancouver, BC. Only open to candidates in the VGA. Hybrid role but the expectation to go onsite is minimal.
MUST HAVES:
- 4+ years of experience in IoT software development and C/C++ development
- Experience with wireless communications technologies.
- Experience developing for an Embedded Linux-based system such as OpenWRT
- Knowledge of Linux environments, containerization technologies like Docker, and networking principles.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Familiarity with DevOps practices including CI/CD workflows.
- Agile Scrum and SAFe methodologies expertise.
- Knowledge of tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
