Description
Our public sector client is looking for a Senior SuccessFactors Onboarding & Recruiting Lead to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules for clients.
Work Model: Remote (travels to Toronto)
Duration: 6 months
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into system configurations and best practices.
- Provide expertise on SuccessFactors functionality, integrations, and industry best practices.
- Conduct workshops, training, and knowledge transfer sessions with stakeholders.
- Work closely with HR, IT, and Payroll teams to ensure seamless adoption of the system.
- Support testing, issue resolution, and post-go-live stabilization efforts.
- Stay updated with SuccessFactors releases and recommend system enhancements.
Must Haves:
- Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM, RMK) and Onboarding (ONB 2.0).
- Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end implementations.
- Solid knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and talent acquisition best practices.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in Recruiting and/or Onboarding (preferred).
